BTK — CD40
Text-mined interactions from Literome
Brunner et al., Immunobiology 2002
:
We show here, that
CD40 ligation
leads to tyrosine phosphorylation of
Btk in the human immature B cell line MHH-PREB-1 ... Even though the
CD40 mediated tyrosine phosphorylation of
Btk is less efficient than that mediated through the B cell receptor, CD40 stimulation results in a marked and continous activation of Btk in MHH-PREB-1 cells and, to a lesser extent, in a transient Btk activation in Daudi cells
Haxhinasto et al., J Biol Chem 2004
:
These findings suggest a model in which
Btk contributes to the enhancement of the
CD40 response by TRAF2 in a PKD dependent manner
Ying et al., Immunobiology 2011
:
CD40 stimulation alone also
activates B cell linker (BLNK),
Bruton tyrosine kinase (Btk) , and Vav-2 downstream of Syk, and significantly enhances BCR induced formation of complex consisting of, Vav-2, Btk, BLNK, and phospholipase C-gamma2 ( PLC-?2 ) leading to activation of extracellular signal regulated kinase ( ERK ), p38 mitogen activated protein kinase, Akt, and NF-?B required for optimal B cell activation
