SUBUNIT: Interacts with GOLGA2/GM130.
SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Golgi apparatus, cis-Golgi network membrane; Single-pass membrane protein.
TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Expressed strongly in the exocrine pancreas.
DOMAIN: The B box-type and RING-type zinc fingers although degenerate play a central role in function of the protein.
PTM: Phosphorylated.
SIMILARITY: Belongs to the ZFPL1 family.
